For the two-digit county codes, see ISO 3166-2:HR.
County, town and municipality codes are easiest extracted from the URL of the corresponding page. For example, population by age and sex for the Vuka municipality, Osijek-Baranja County, can be found at the following URL:
- http://www.dzs.hr/Eng/censuses/census2011/results/htm/E01_01_01/e01_01_01_zup14_5177.html
In the above URL, the county code is tagged yellow, while the municipality code is tagged green, so the corresponding template code would be:
